B2B sales teams

The lead filled the form. The agent is already responding.

The moment a lead arrives, the agent strikes up the conversation, runs through your playbook questions, and hands the SDR only the ones who are warm and a real fit.

Who it's for

B2B sales teams

B2B SaaS and service teams that get leads from forms, Meta Ads, and referrals every week.

Agencies and consultancies

Agencies and consultancies selling projects that need to tell tire-kickers from clients with budget.

Teams with pre-sales

Teams with a dedicated SDR or BDR who qualify before passing the lead to the closer.

The problem
  • Leads go cold waiting for first contact
  • SDRs waste time on leads with no fit
  • Manual follow-up forgotten or too late
The solution
  • Contacts the lead instantly, any time
  • Qualifies with your playbook and logs everything
  • SDR takes only fit leads, with full context

How it works in practice

We don't hand you a finished agent: you build yours in three steps, no code.

Configure the personality and playbook

Set the name, tone, and qualification questions, and upload your materials so the agent runs the conversation.

Connect to WhatsApp, Instagram, or your CRM

Plug the agent into the channels and CRM where your leads arrive: WhatsApp, Telegram, forms, or your CRM via API.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does SquadOS have an integrated CRM to record qualified leads?

No. SquadOS does not have a native CRM. The agent collects lead responses in the conversation and can notify your team via webhook when a lead is qualified, but recording in your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) needs to be done via API integration or manually by the SDR.

  • Can the agent schedule the meeting directly in the SDR's calendar?

There is no native integration with calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, etc.). The agent can share the booking link with the lead or agree on a time conversationally, but confirmation and calendar entry are the SDR's responsibility or handled via API integration.

  • On which channels can the agent reach the lead?

WhatsApp (via official WhatsApp Business API or unofficial connectors for testing) and Telegram are the most common channels for SDR outreach. The agent can also operate via Instagram Direct or the website widget, depending on where the lead arrives.

  • How does the agent know when the lead is qualified to hand off to the SDR?

You define the qualification criteria when configuring the agent: which answers indicate fit, which question or intent should trigger handoff to human. The agent follows that script and triggers human handoff when the criteria are met.

  • How does automatic follow-up work for leads who don't respond?

SquadOS lets you configure scheduled follow-up messages for leads who didn't respond to the first outreach. You define the interval (e.g., 1 day, 3 days) and the message content. The agent sends automatically at the configured times, without manual intervention.

Stop losing leads to a slow first response

The agent responds in seconds; your SDRs only talk to leads with fit.
