  • What's the difference between WhatsApp Official and QR?

    The Official API (Meta/WhatsApp Business API) is the recommended option for production: more stable and without the risk of being blocked. QR connection (Z-API, Uazapi, Evolution API) is faster to set up and useful for testing, but uses WhatsApp's unofficial API.

  • Can the agent reply to Instagram comments automatically?

    Yes. You choose which posts the agent should monitor and can set keyword triggers. The agent can also move the conversation to DM via private reply — within Instagram's allowed 7-day window.

  • Can I connect the same agent to multiple channels at once?

    Yes. A single agent can be active on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and your website widget at the same time. The tone and rule settings are shared — each channel uses the same behavioral baseline.

  • What is the automatic follow-up?
